Welcome to The Cavendish Arms – A quaint and charming country pub located in the heart of Brindle village ideally situated centrally between Chorley, Leyland, Preston and Blackburn. We are renowned as the perfect place for guests to relax with excellent food, top quality drinks and service with a smile.

The very experienced team at the Cavendish Arms have gradually transformed the venue over the past seven years, from a small and quiet local, to a busy, bustling and vibrant destination venue. The stunning orangery was built during the 2020 covid lockdown, this was briskly followed by upgrading the old restaurant into a modern, warm seating area, incorporating a stunning wine display. The view from the restaurant takes in the historic St James church, which history says was built after the pub! To further enhance our guest experience the rear garden and front entrance, were tastefully upgraded to also incorporate excellent disabled access.

Our menu’s are constantly being refined to offer seasonal produce, we have our hero products like the trio of fish, Mr Trotter’s pulled pork cigar and customers favourite oriental surf & turf, Our main menu is supported by a weekly changing ‘market menu’ served Monday to Friday.

For that special family occasion our ‘Brindle suite’ offers a private dining experience for between 14 to 18 people, our chefs can make you a bespoke menu and our knowledgeable front of house team will be on hand to take care of you.
